Ron is a Lawyer and Chief Executive of Finlay Consulting.

Ron has more than three decades experience in property, construction, development and infrastructure projects.  He has held many significant roles in projects across Australia and overseas for both the public and private sector (including the Commonwealth Solar Flagships program). 

Ron has acted as project leader and chief negotiator for multiple public sector organisations in major infrastructure projects as well as BOOT, BOO, PPP, PFI and similar projects.

From 2004 to 2010 he was Chairman and Director of Transport Infrastructure Development Corporation, responsible for delivery of over $10 billion of transport infrastructure projects including Epping to Chatswood Rail Line, Chatswood Transport Interchange and the Clearways Project.
